WEBSITE PRIVACY
Your family’s
information matters.
A straightforward look at this website and the services it links to.
Website information
This website does not ask for player registrations, birth dates, payment details, or medical information. Registration takes place through PlayMetrics and is covered by the notices and terms shown there.
Contacting the club
When enabled, the Director of Coaching form sends the name, email address, program selection, and message you provide to the club’s designated Director of Coaching contact. Please include only the information needed for your question.
Club administration
Approved club administrators sign in with Google. The website verifies their Google identity and stores their email address, Google account identifier, a protected session record, and editing activity to control access and maintain website history. Essential sign-in cookies expire after eight hours. Google handles the sign-in process under its own privacy policy.
External services
Links to PlayMetrics, Facebook, and Google Maps take you to those services, where their privacy policies apply. Club images are served directly from this website; viewing a photo does not load a Facebook feed.
Hosting
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes technical request data to deliver and protect it. This website has no advertising trackers or newsletter signup.
