Paul Pasika grew up in a soccer family. He played competitively from U8 through U19 for Capital Soccer Association and Lincoln Football Club in Lincoln, Nebraska, and played junior varsity and varsity soccer at Lincoln Southeast High School.
Paul began coaching as an assistant for his father’s U12–U18 girls teams. He joined BUSC in 2024 as an assistant coach in the In House / Littles program and moved into a head coaching role in 2026. He earned his U.S. Soccer 4v4 Grassroots coaching license in preparation for that role.
Paul’s goal is to help young players build a strong foundation in technical skills, intelligent play, and a lasting enjoyment of the game.
