Speed & Agility Training at Bushnell Park

This training is designed for all players who are looking to improve their speed and agility overall. The exercises used in these sessions will be designed to give players a quicker first few steps and faster overall speed. Most activities will incorporate the use of the soccer ball, which ensures that the body movements are all ones used in the game.

 

Thurs, Aug 10th:

All U6-U10 from 5:00p – 5:45p

All U11, All U12 and U13B from 5:45p – 6:30p

U13/15G, U14/15B and All U16-U19 from 6:30p – 7:15p

 

Fri, Aug 11th:

All U6-U10 from 8:30a – 9:15a

All U11, All U12 and U13B from 9:15a – 10:00a

U13/15G, U14/15B and All U16-U19 from 10:00a – 10:45a

 

Mon, Aug 14th:

All U6-U10 from 5:00p – 5:45p

All U11, All U12 and U13B from 5:45p – 6:30p

U13/15G, U14/15B and All U16-U19 from 6:30p – 7:15p

 

Tues, Aug 15th:

All U6-U10 from 8:30a – 9:15a

All U11, All U12 and U13B from 9:15a – 10:00a

U13/15G, U14/15B and All U16-U19 from 10:00a – 10:45a

 

  • Two more sessions will be held in September and October (dates TBA).
  • Sessions will be added for U16-U19 boys in spring (since these sessions may conflict with high school practice).
  • Please bring a ball to your session.
  • No pre-registration is required. These sessions are included in your registration fee.
